Minimum Order
To cover our handling costs, we must impose a minimum order policy.
Warranty
All products listed (excluding tools and parts) carry the standard manufacturer’s warranty. Product repair/exchange will be at the sole discretion of Sak Data Products. The customer is responsible for one-way transportation charges for repairs conducted within the warranty period, with the exception of DOA products. Note: Unauthorized modification or repair, misuse, incorrect voltage/interface levels, lightning or surge damage voids all warranty.
Returns
All returns, for whatever reason, must be accompanied with a pre-issued Return Authorization Number (RMA). A customer anticipating any form of credit must first realize that the goods have to be in the original packaging, include all documentation, cables, software, etc. and be in full resalable condition. The term resalable will be verified and given a final definition by our supplier and/or the manufacturer. Having established that a return is warranted, the customer will be subject to a restocking charge of 25% if the authorized return takes place 30-60 calendar days from the date of the original invoicing, 50% restocking charges will apply if the authorized return takes place 60-90 days from date of original invoice. NO returns will be allowed beyond 90 calendar days from date of original invoice. Credits will be issued as an in-store credit to be applied to future purchases. The customer remains responsible for the two-way shipping charges and any shipping amounts that may have been incurred will not be credited.
Special order items cannot be cancelled and are non-returnable.
Repairs
All products returned for repair, either within or outside of warranty period should be returned with all pertinent documentation, power supplies, power cords, adapters, options, etc. and must be accompanied by a descriptive summary of the malfunction or defect.
Terms
Standard terms are Net 30 Days to approved accounts. New accounts must be COD until credit is approved. Mastercard, Amex and Visa are acceptable. Credit terms may be established by providing bank and trade references. Appropriate sales taxes will be charged unless an exemption certificate is provided. Accounts past 30 days may be subject to COD status until current.
Shipping
All items are normally shipped via Sak Data Products’ courier. If you wish another courier to be used, please specify at time of ordering. Note: No liability is accepted whatsoever for late delivery for reasons within or outside of Sak Data Products’ control. Any conditions in the buyer’s correspondence which is inconsistent with the above terms and conditions of sale will not apply. Nothing contained in the above terms and conditions of sales shall be deemed as acceptance by Sak Data Products of the purchaser’s conditions of purchase.
Sak Data Products does not assume or authorize any representative or any other person to make any warranty or assume any liability other than stated herein.
